Computer Requirements
Supported Operating Systems:
- Windows 2000 Professional, Service Pack 6a; Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 2; Windows Vista Ultimate Edition and Windows Vista Business Edition.
Non-Supported Operating Systems:
- Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Millennium, Windows XP Home, Windows Vista Home Basic, and Windows Vista Home Premium.
- SalonBiz®/SpaBiz® does not support any 64bit edition operating systems. This includes but is not limited to the following: Windows XP Professional x64, Windows Vista Home Basic x64, Windows Home Premium x64, Windows Business x64, and Windows Vista Ultimate x64.
- Apple Macintosh Operating Systems
Internet Access:
- Permanent broadband (DSL, Cable, T1) Internet connection. Internet bandwidth needed should be calculated on needing 50kb per workstation and printer.
- Static IP address is required with Credit Card Integration.
- Router capable of forwarding multiple incoming ports to multiple LAN printers.
Minimum Computer Specifications:
- 1.5 GHZ or Great Processor
- 1GB or Greater RAM
- 60 GB or Greater Storage Capacity
- CD-Rom Drive
- 1024x768 Resolution Capable 32-bit Color Monitor
- 100 MB Ethernet connection with switched network environment
